Where are you going?

The that a lot of us ask ourselves or get asked is where are you going?
Where are you going in life?
Where are you going right now?
Where are you going in that relationship?
Where are you going in that job?
Where are you going in your health journey?
That last one can change everything in your life. You'll always be physically traveling somewhere or have some sort of relationship or be in some job position but that last one is always changing. Everything can change the journey.
What if you move and dont know where the best grocery stores are?
What if you get emotionally hurt and struggle to stay committed to a specific diet or workout regime?
What if you lose your job and cant afford a gym membership or shopping at the expensive grocery store?
Your health journey is always changing. What shouldnt and wont change if you train yourself is your response to that change. You should always be pushing yourself to train your emotions so when you do have a rough day (which we all have), your whole week wont be ruined.
Are you exercising your willpower and emotional strength?
